This privacy policy explains what information West Warwick Mobile Mechanic collects, how we use it, and how to reach us. We are a phone-first business: we do not collect an email address, and the only way to contact us is by phone or through the quote form on this site.
What we collect
When you fill out our quote form, you give us your first name, phone number, city, the service you need, your vehicle's year, make, and model, and a short description of what's going on. We also record which page of the site you submitted the form from. When you call us, we note whatever you tell us about the vehicle and the problem. That is the full extent of what we collect.
How we use it
We use the information you give us for one purpose: to provide and schedule your auto repair service. We call or text you back to confirm the problem, give you a price, and set a time to come out. We do not use your information for any other marketing, and we never sell or share it with third parties for their marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide the service and to keep a record of the work done on your vehicle. If you ask us to delete your information, we will remove it from our records as soon as we reasonably can.
Your choices
You are never required to fill out the quote form — you can always call us directly instead. If you want us to delete the information you provided, or if you have any question about how we handle it, call us at 401-586-1696 and we will take care of it.
