Do you take the used oil with you?

Yes. The old oil drains straight into a sealed pan, and we haul it off to be recycled — none of it goes down a drain or on your driveway. Same for the old filter. You won't find a puddle or a stain after we leave, and you won't have to figure out where to dump it yourself.

Can you do this while I'm at work?

That's the whole point. Leave the keys at the front desk or with a coworker, tell us where the car is parked, and we come out and do the work on your lunch break. You approve the job by phone, we finish it, and the car is ready when you walk out at the end of the day.

Do you use synthetic?

We use whatever your engine calls for. A lot of newer cars require synthetic, and we put synthetic in those — it's not an upsell, it's the spec. For older engines that take conventional, we use conventional. We'll tell you which one your car needs and why before we pour it in.

How often should I get an oil change?

It depends on the car and the oil. Conventional oil is usually every 3,000 to 5,000 miles; synthetic blends and full synthetic can go 5,000 to 10,000.
